Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified
Leasing Logistics Supervisor to support and oversee leasing activities for a portfolio that includes
logistics warehouses as well as
retail assets (offices and showrooms) . The role will be responsible for identifying potential tenants, supporting lease negotiations, and contributing to the commercialization strategy of the assets while ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage leasing activities for logistics warehouses & Retail spaces, offices, showrooms.
- Identify and approach potential tenants in both retail and logistics sectors.
- Assist in negotiating lease terms, agreements, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare and maintain leasing fact sheets, technical documents, and asset information required for tenant presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including development, and project teams to ensure alignment between leasing activities and project timelines.
- Maintain and update leasing pipelines and CRM or leasing management systems.
- Support marketing initiatives and commercialization strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking within the retail and logistics real estate markets.
- Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and pipeline tracking for management.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in leasing within the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in leasing logistics warehouses and retail assets (offices, showrooms, or retail spaces).
- Strong understanding of leasing documentation, fact sheets, and technical asset information.
- Experience using leasing systems, CRM platforms, or commercial real estate tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leasing opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Saudi nationality required.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and industrial real estate market in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to support leasing strategies and tenant mix planning.
- Understanding of commercial analysis and leasing revenue structures.
- Experience dealing with logistics operators, 3PL companies, and retail tenants.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
