ROLE SUMMARY
The Supervisor ensures smooth operation of MAFE attractions in close conjunction with the Associate Manager/Manager. Leads CSO team, Function Assistants, and Technicians on assigned shifts to guarantee excellent guest satisfaction by providing an exciting and enjoyable experience in a clean and safe environment.
ROLE PROFILE
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and report faults, breakdowns, and equipment issues.
- Supervise teams to ensure adherence to schedules, shift rotas, and assigned tasks.
- Resolve customer complaints and conflicts to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve goals, including upselling and promoting products
- Train and mentor new and existing team members on safe and efficient operations.
- Monitor facilities and equipment through audits, registers, and periodic services.
- Execute MAF initiatives, maintain product knowledge, and ensure inspections/reports are completed.
- Address NPS feedback, review financial reports (WCR/MCR), and optimize team performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/certification in any discipline or relevant professional experience.
- 2–3 years in a fast-paced operational environment.
- At least 1 year as Customer Service Officer/Representative.
- Person In Charge (PIC) 2 certification.
- IOSH Management System certification is a plus.
