What You'll Do:
- Manage the assigned fleet across your cluster (4-6 Dark Stores) effectively, ensuring target KPIs are met.
- Oversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleets, ensuring smooth execution.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance with operational standards.
- Support manpower allocation across stores to maintain efficiency.
- Mentor and guide the team, addressing challenges and driving high performance.
- Analyze data, derive insights, and recommend strategies to optimize fleet operations.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- A hands-on approachwilling to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
- Comfortable working in highly ambiguous situations and adapting to change.
- Understanding of logistics metrics and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate operational needs.
