Supervisor - Merchandising

This full-time on-site role, based in Riyadh, is for a Supervisor - Merchandising. The responsibilities include overseeing merchandise displays, developing effective merchandising strategies, and maintaining store presentation to ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers. The role involves collaborating with team members, managing inventory, analyzing sales trends, and working closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet business objectives. The Supervisor will also be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the effective implementation of merchandising policies.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate sales data and market trends to make data-driven merchandising decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and engagement with customers
• Proven experience in customer service and retail environments, with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences
• Solid knowledge of merchandise display techniques and inventory management
• Leadership and organizational skills to supervise staff and ensure consistent operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and understanding of market trends in the retail and construction industry is a plus
