Job Description
As the Supervisor - Operations Supply Chain Services, you will be responsible for leading operational execution across IP addressing, rack and cabinet assembly, equipment configuration, kitting, and customer-specific build services. You will ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery while aligning resources, technical requirements, and cross-functional priorities to meet customer commitments. You will serve as the key operations focal point for service planning, execution readiness, quality governance, and continuous improvement, requiring strong leadership, technical aptitude, and practical supply chain operations experience.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution of supply chain services, including IP addressing, rack assembly, cabinet installation, equipment configuration, kitting, and complex customer builds.
- Lead, coach, and develop operators and technicians to deliver safe, accurate, and high-quality work.
- Understand customer requirements, technical drawings, BOMs, wiring schedules, elevation sheets and work instructions.
- Plan labor, capacity, and materials to meet demand forecasts, project schedules, and customer commitments.
- Resolve execution risks, material constraints, technical issues, and work order blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Project, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align priorities and improve execution readiness.
- Maintain strong governance over safety, quality, process compliance, documentation, and operational records.
- Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and build quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree - Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years of deployment services, manufacturing, integration, data center operations or supply chain operations experience.
- Ability to identify and understand technology, networking, electrical, AV, security, data center, or infrastructure products.
- Ability to read and interpret: Wiring schedules, Cabinet elevations, Rack layouts, Technical drawings, Bills of Materials, Standard operating procedures
- Understanding of IP addressing fundamentals and basic network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse processes
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience managing technical assembly, installation, or integration activities preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills preferred
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities preferred
- Customer-focused mindset preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills preferred

Working Environment: Warehouse - Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally well ventilated and well lighted. Warehouse employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing. Operates heavy equipment. Strict safety regulations may be required.
Physical Expectations
- Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds.
- Work may require excessive bending or stooping.
- Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
- Employee required to use hand tools.
