Supervisor, Slickline (A)

JOB PURPOSE

Coordinate, control and execute field operations in line with company and client policies, procedures and systems, statutory regulations and good industry practice and ensure that client requirements are fulfilled as per schedule. Supervise the field operations unit staff and activities for safe and smooth operation of the unit. Ensure that unit personnel and equipment are readily available to execute wireline jobs as per contract with client.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Job Specific Accountabilities
uF0B7 Responsible for wellhead X-Over selection and compatibility with Wellhead.
uF0B7 Ensures that all operational measurements and computations are carried out according to Company procedures and standards.
uF0B7 Conducts job briefing / debriefing regularly with Supervisor.
uF0B7 Prepares electronic permit to work.
uF0B7 Ensures that all job reports are accurate and passed to customers on time.
uF0B7 Daily reporting to supervisor in case of shortage of tools or any deficiencies regarding equipment and safety issues.
uF0B7 Daily follow up with customers on operational matters.
uF0B7 Responsible for site auditing and provide documented feedback to base supervisor and FSE.
uF0B7 Ensures all equipment used within operating specifications.
uF0B7 Ensures that all his cell equipment are properly inspected, certified, pressure tested and color-coded. And that all associated documents are available in site and base.
uF0B7 Ensures that before leaving workshop all crew members having HSE passport and includes all mandatory training requested by the client.
uF0B7 Maintains and follows up on proper truck inventory and wire logbook.
uF0B7 Co-ordinates with Supervisor for handling scope of work & problems.
uF0B7 Holds pre-job toolbox talk and carry out follow up to all daily checklists on locations.
uF0B7 Prepares permit to work and allocation for safety equipment on sites.
uF0B7 Evaluates operators and helpers skills and provide feedback.
uF0B7 Prepares weekly activities and deliver to Supervisor.
uF0B7 Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Minimum Qualification
uF0B7 Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
uF0B7 5 yearsu2019 of relevant experience in field - Rig & Rigless experience, including a minimum of 2 yearsu2019 at supervisory level.
uF0B7 Fluency in written and spoken English.
uF0B7 Excellent computer skills.
