The Supervisor - Warehouse will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the warehouse at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill supply needs
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Implement safety procedures and protocols
- Train and develop warehouse staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in warehouse operations
Requirements
Prior experience in warehouse management, strong leadership and organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of inventory control processes, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
