To support our development and strengthen our quality performance, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team.

You will manage and continuously improve supplier quality and calibration activities through inspections, 8D resolution, PPAP/PSW approvals, and calibration plan execution to protect production from supplier risks, and maintain customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

In this context, your missions will be to do the following:

• Supplier Quality Management (SQM)
• Incoming Inspection & Sorting Activities Planning
• Supplier Complaints & 8D Reports Management
• PPAP / PSW Approvals & Documentation
• Calibration System Management
• Annual Calibration Plan & Budget Establishment
• Quality Audits, Procedures Compliance & Continuous Improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Background and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Management in an industrial setting.
• Experience with control plans, inspections, sampling plans, and calibration procedures.
• Experience in managing PPAP / PSW approvals and 8D problem-solving methodology.
• Familiarity with calibration equipment, measuring devices, and metrology procedures.
• Proficiency in using ERP and quality management software.
• Understanding of KPIs related to supplier performance (PPM), 8D closure, and calibration plan adherence.
• Proficiency level of English

• In-depth knowledge of supplier quality management and quality control principles.
• Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
