As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead the movement of our products from our manufacturing facilities to clients worldwide. This is a critical leadership role that sits at the center of our entire production ecosystem.

The Role:

You will own the end-to-end logistics strategy for the entire organization. You aren't just handling paperwork—you are architecting the flow of materials for our entire manufacturing output.

What You'll Be Doing:

Total Logistics Ownership: Directing all import and export operations with a primary focus on the Nafeza portal. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of electronic export declarations, ACI (Advance Cargo Information) filings, and UCR issuance.

Customs Compliance: Ensuring 100% adherence to Egyptian customs regulations, managing all documentation lifecycles, and resolving clearance bottlenecks within the Nafeza digital environment.

Strategic Supply Chain Oversight: Coordinating large-scale inbound logistics (raw materials/textiles) and outbound distribution (finished garments/corporate fashion/export goods).

Performance Leadership:*Managing relationships with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal production heads to ensure absolute continuity in our manufacturing timeline.

Who You Are:

A Logistics Professional: 3+ years of experience in supply chain management within the *Textile, Garment (RMG), or heavy manufacturing industries*.

A Nafeza Expert: You possess deep, hands-on knowledge of *Nafeza, ACI, UCR, and Egyptian customs systems*. You have a proven track record of solving complex clearance issues before they stop a production line.

A Strategic Thinker: You understand that logistics is a competitive advantage. You know how to optimize lead times, manage complex Incoterms, and streamline international shipping cycles.

A Strong Communicator: Capable of bridging the gap between factory floor operations and high-level management stakeholders.
