Long DescriptionJob Summary

To support our operations by acquiring the required materials at the right time at the best price available. To analyze and supervise the storage, use, and transport of materials and inventory. To negotiate prices and delivery of materials to produce cost savings and reduce lead times. To assess the entire flow of goods and materials to ensure efficient delivery, quality goods, and on-time delivery of those goods

Job Responsibilities

Performs the accurate, timely, and cost-effective identification, sourcing, buying, warehousing, and delivery of material and services
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
Track shipments and stock levels using computer software
Look at ways to improve supply chain networks
Manage and control supplier's payments and credit notes
Proactively manage & monitor the supply chain's performance to make sure targets are being met

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (preferably with MBA).
Experience in procurement management. Demonstrated experience in vendor and material management.
Microsoft Word and Excel.
Negotiating contractual terms and conditions.
