Responsibilities
- Mapping & preparing supplier order upload files according to system hierarchy
- Coordinating with SC teams with needed supports for any required tasks
- Assisting DC team with needed Supports, excess / short items to be cleared out
- Facilitate vendor / payment creations closely with Finance & IT.
- Payment request upload (DMS) for all consignment payments.
- Manage creation, pricing, reporting for Consignments orders.
- Reconciliation with Finance for consignment payments and Sales
- Communicate with consignment vendors for any information's needed.
Qualifications& Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 1 Year of experience in Retail or any other related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient in time management
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Attention to details.
