Supply Chain Business Analyst

About the Role

Our client, a leader in the luxury fashion, clothing, and accessories industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join their team. As a Supply Chain Management Analyst, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and support end-to-end supply chain operations across high-value retail products, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and premium service levels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in retail/luxury supply chains, and excellent stakeholder coordination, which will align successfully in the organization.

About the Requirements

• Analyze supply chain and inventory data to support demand planning, stock optimization, and product availability across retail channels
• Monitor inventory levels for luxury goods, ensuring the right balance between availability and exclusivity
• Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, and logistics teams to align supply with seasonal collections and product launches
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as stock turnover, sell-through rate, and order fulfillment
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency while maintaining premium brand standards

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably within retail, fashion, or luxury goods industry
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
