Supply Chain Coordinator-MENA (UAE Nationals only)

This position works out of our UAE location in the Abbott RapidDiagnosticsu2013 Infectious Diseases

This is a fixed term contract role for 1 year

What You'll Do-

The role is an integral part of the Customer Supply Chain for Middle East & North Africa and will focus on:

Supply Chain Coordination & Execution
u2022 Support end-to-end supply chain operations across MENA markets.
u2022 Coordinate supply requirements between commercial teams, customer service, manufacturing sites, and distribution partners.
u2022 Monitor order execution to ensure products are delivered on time and in full (OTIF).
u2022 Track supply constraints, shortages, and risks and proactively communicate mitigation plans.
u2022 Support regional supply review processes and operational planning activities.

Commercial Supply Support
u2022 Translate commercial requirements into clear supply chain actions.
u2022 Provide visibility of product availability and supply risks to commercial stakeholders.
u2022 Support business continuity through timely escalation and coordination of supply issues.
u2022 Assist with special business opportunities and strategic supply initiatives.

Continuous Improvement
u2022 Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
u2022 Participate in Supply Chain Excellence initiatives.
u2022 Support implementation of standard work, performance management routines, and process enhancements.
u2022 Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.

Required Qualifications

u2022 UAE National (Emirati)
u2022 Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related discipline.
u2022 Approximately 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, or Business Analytics.
u2022 Strong analytical and numerical skills.
u2022 Experience working with cross-functional teams.
u2022 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
