About the role
The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end supply plans to ensure optimal product availability, inventory health, and customer service levels. This role will lead cross-functional planning activities across supply planning, production planning, and inventory management, balancing cost, capacity, and service objectives.
Main Responsibilities Will Include
Supply Planning & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end supply planning process across multiple manufacturing sites
- Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory strategies
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service levels and minimizing costs
- Oversee supply planning for three manufacturing plants
S&OP / Integrated Business Planning
- Support and lead the weekly and monthly supply review processes
- Present global capacity outlook, key risks, and mitigation plan to stakeholders
- Drive decision-making through data-driven insights and scenario analysis
Data & Systems Management
- Ensure high-quality planning master data, including planning parameters and system settings
- Maintain and continuously improve system configuration to ensure reliable planning outputs
- Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, tools, and data accuracy
Risk Management & Communication
- Proactively identify supply risks and constraints (capacity, materials, production)
- Communicate clearly and timely on risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply planners
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture
- Define clear objectives and monitor team performance
About You
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in supply planning, production planning, or S&OP processes in a healthcare/medical background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with planning systems.
- Critical thinking with strong operational execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement approach.
