About the Role:
Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supply Chain Director to architect and lead our end-to-end operations. This is a strategic leadership role where you will lead the entire value chain from securing material sources to delivering high-quality finished goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and direct company entire supply chain system including strategic procurement, integrated production planning, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment to ensure seamless delivery.
- Build and manage Strong Supplier Relationships for critical raw materials, ensuring supply security and competitive advantage.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle to perfectly align demand forecasts with production capacity, optimize inventory turnover, and enhance customer service levels to industry-leading standards.
- Building a Strong & Cost-Effective Supply Chain by Find ways to protect the supply chain from interruptions while also cutting shipping costs, lowering logistics expenses, and reducing surplus inventory.
- Lead the digital improvement of our supply chain by implementing advanced analytics, automation, and next-generation technologies across procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
We are looking for an experienced leader who combines deep industry knowledge with a transformative mindset.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA/MSc) or professional certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are highly desirable.
- Proven Leadership Experience: minimum of 20 years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership capacity within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Operational Excellence Mindset with ahistory of driving supply chain optimization, delivering cost leadership, and leading successful digital transformation or continuous improvement projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and build consensus across Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.
