About The Role

We're now hiring a Supply Chain Network Design & Fulfilment Transformation Director, based in our Dubai hub.

Working in partnership with our Operations Director, you'll have responsibility for reviewing, redesigning and transforming The Body Shop's end-to-end flow of goods, spanning network footprint, distribution centre strategy, third party logistics and manufacturing flows.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be accountable for identifying efficiency improvements in our existing operating model, defining optimum future state and delivering a clear, sequenced roadmap to implementation.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for translating design outputs into a clear, prioritised transformation roadmap. You'll define phasing, sequencing and dependencies across network changes, quantifying benefits against a robust business case.

You'll report directly to the Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, working with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT & Franchise Partners.

If you're a proven leader with 15+ years experience in supply chain, ideally in the beauty, FMCG or retail sector, with a track record in successful delivery of large scale transformation in the Middle East/Asia - we'd love to hear from you.

This is a role with real impact, helping to transform our international supply chain at a pivotal moment in the evolution of an iconic purpose-driven business.
