We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations, including shipping, customs clearance, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, and process maturity through Lean methodologies, SOP development, process audits, data analytics, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current supply chain processes, workflows, and operational practices to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures — SOPs — across supply chain functions.
- Lead root cause analysis sessions to address process inefficiencies, quality issues, delays, and operational gaps.
- Facilitate workshops and train teams on process improvement tools, best practices, and operational excellence standards.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with internal requirements, industry standards, and approved procedures.
- Lead the implementation of technologies, tools, and systems that support operational excellence.
- Use data analytics to prepare and automate supply chain dashboards that track performance and highlight areas requiring action.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and recommend corrective actions to improve service levels, productivity, cost efficiency, and quality.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making across supply chain teams.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by direct management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain operations, process improvement, or operational excellence.
- Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of SOP design, process mapping, workflow improvement, and process documentation.
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment.
- Proficiency in data analytics and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
