We are looking for a Supply Chain Excellence Specialist | Oracle SCM Functional Specialist to join our team in Egypt, Dokki.
Department: Supply Chain
This role is responsible for driving Oracle Supply Chain process optimization across Procurement and Warehouse operations by enhancing system utilization, improving business processes, and ensuring the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Procurement and Inventory process optimization initiatives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and manage system enhancement requests.
- Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and IT teams.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments and enhancements.
- Develop SOPs, user documentation, and deliver end-user training.
- Monitor data quality, system utilization, and operational KPIs.
- Drive continuous process improvement and support Oracle SCM best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Oracle SCM Functional roles.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory modules.
- Experience in business process improvement, UAT, and change management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Cloud SCM Certification is an advantage.
