Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain, procurement, and logistics activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials/products.
• Support inventory planning, stock monitoring, replenishment, and forecasting.
• Handle supplier sourcing, quotations, price comparisons, and purchase coordination.
• Negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate import/export shipments, freight movements, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and review shipping and trade documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor purchase orders, shipment status, lead times, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate supply chain and procurement records in ERP systems.
• Prepare Excel reports, trackers, and management updates.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and supply chain process improvement.
• Handle multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics.
• Strong experience in inventory planning and supplier management.
• Hands-on knowledge of import/export documentation and shipment coordination.
• Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
