Job Description

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting to: Head of Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Imports Coordinator to support our business in Saudi Arabia.

This role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, vendor management, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and distribution for both food and non-food categories.
  • Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations, customs clearance, and on-time delivery to stores.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Monitor demand forecasts and support inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, price updates, and service issue resolution.
  • Conduct periodic warehouse and inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FIFO/FEFO processes.
  • Prepare supply chain reports, KPI dashboards, and highlight variances for management review.
  • Support compliance with Saudi regulations (FASAH, SFDA, SABER) for imports and product clearances.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Marketing) to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Candidate profile

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, imports, logistics, inventory or warehouse coordination.
  • Experience in food, beverage, FMCG, consumer goods, food distribution or a closely related sector.
  • Working knowledge of Dubai Municipality Portal [IRS] and knowledge of Saudi import regulations, SFDA & SABER processes will be a plus.
  • Strong experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, Micros Fidelio or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills..
  • Clear written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work across cultures and functions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Saudi Arabia when required.
