Job Description

Building Excellence in Supply Chain at LVMH Beauty

LVMH Beauty is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern – Tamheer Program to join our team and gain practical experience across logistics, distribution, operational excellence, and supplier management.

This opportunity provides exposure to the end-to-end supply chain, allowing the intern to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to initiatives that support operational efficiency, product availability, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on potential delays.
  • Support transportation cost analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Support the mapping and review of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the implementation of new tools, systems, and operational initiatives.
  • Support KPI analysis and reporting to monitor operational performance.
  • Support the evaluation of supplier performance against agreed service levels.
  • Assist in documenting and communicating operational requirements to external partners.
  • Participate in review meetings with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the analysis of sales, inventory, and logistics data.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting activities, including monitoring inventory levels and product availability.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Eligible for the Tamheer Program (Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Basic knowledge of forecasting fundamentals, inventory optimization concepts, and supply chain KPIs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Fluent in English.
