Exciting Opportunity: Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Manager UAE
Individual Contributor Role
Were partnering with a reputable organization in the UAE to hire a Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Manager with expertise in logistics, warehouse operations, import/export, and coffee/F&B supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring stock accuracy and timely deliveries
- Manage import/export with freight forwarders, customs, and transport agencies
- Oversee coffee/F&B supply chain, ensuring quality and compliance
- Negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, and drive cost savings
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including RTA permissions
- Strengthen client relationships and coordinate with internal teams
- Enhance supply chain processes, automation, and SAP Business One integration
Requirements:
- 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management
- Experience in coffee/F&B supply chains, product handling, and quality control
- Strong knowledge of import/export, freight, and transportation
- Skilled in ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)
- Proven success in cost savings, process improvements, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently with full ownership of responsibilities
