Supply Chain Management Consultant
Job Description:
- Analyze current supply chain processes and identify inefficiencies
- Design and implement optimized supply chain strategies
- Advise clients on procurement, sourcing, and supplier management
- Improve inventory planning, demand forecasting, and distribution networks
- Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights
- Lead supply chain transformation and digitalization initiatives
- Support implementation of ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Develop cost-reduction and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or consulting roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or master's degree in supply chain or Operations
- Certifications such as: APICS CSCP / CPIM
- Experience with supply chain analytics tools and software
