Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and developing the group-wide supply chain strategy to ensure the sustainable availability of materials, components, and services with high efficiency. The role ensures full integration across procurement, production, distribution, and logistics to support business expansion and strengthen the company's competitive advantage in the food and restaurant sector.
This position acts as a strategic leader to enhance supply chain resilience, optimize costs, and improve operational quality across all stages of the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company's strategic direction, expansion plans, quality standards, and profitability objectives.
Design, manage, and continuously improve an integrated end-to-end supply chain model covering sourcing, procurement, production, storage, and distribution to restaurants and branches.
Oversee strategic sourcing and procurement activities and build a reliable local and international supplier network that ensures quality, sustainability, and risk mitigation.
Manage and operate central food production facilities within the supply chain scope to ensure smooth production flow, output quality, and timely supply to all branches.
Lead demand, production, and inventory planning (S&OP) in collaboration with operational and finance teams to balance supply and demand efficiently.
Improve operational efficiency and total supply chain cost through process re-engineering and the application of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma).
Drive digital transformation across supply chain operations by leveraging advanced systems and data analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Lead supply chain risk management and sustainability initiatives while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, SASO, and SFDA regulations.
Ensure full integration between supply chain operations and business expansion plans, including support for new branch openings and logistical readiness.
Develop a strong organizational structure and leadership team within the supply chain function, fostering a high-performance culture and effective succession planning.
Manage the overall supply chain and logistics budget, monitor financial and operational KPIs, and ensure alignment with approved targets.
Participate in the executive management committee by providing regular reports, performance analysis, improvement initiatives, and strategic insights related to supply chain operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
A Master's degree is preferred (MSc in Supply Chain Management or MBA).
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of experience in supply chain management.
At least 5 years in leadership roles within food production companies or multi-branch restaurant groups.
