Supply Chain Manager - Dubai
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a fast-growing technology distributor headquartered in Dubai. This role oversees procurement, logistics, warehousing (3PL), supplier management, and inventory planning across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee multi-region warehousing operations managed through 3PL providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead inventory planning and optimisation, reducing stockouts and minimizing excess stock.
- Manage the full lifecycle of logistics and distribution, ensuring timely delivery across regional markets.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain and logistics team.
- Drive procurement planning, ensuring cost-effective sourcing within quality standards.
- Analyse and improve supply chain processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Monitor core KPIs such as inventory turnover, logistics cost, and supplier performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and alignment across finance, sales, operations, and procurement teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain management within technology distribution, ICT, or similar industries.
- Must have proven background in UAE-based logistics, procurement, and warehousing operations
- Strong experience working with 3PL providers, regional distribution models, and multi-country supply chains.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, supplier negotiation, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to optimise complex supply chain workflows.
- Familiarity with UAE import/export regulations is an advantage.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE or with past UAE experience will be prioritised.
