Please note: this role requires direct experience within an IT distribution business (hardware) with ownership of inventory and warehouse operations.
We are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager for a well-established IT / Technology Distribution business based in Dubai.
This is a senior, hands-on role with full ownership of inventory, warehousing, procurement, and regional distribution across the Middle East. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving stock accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and end-to-end supply chain performance within a fast-moving distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehousing
- Own inventory planning, forecasting, cycle counting, stock accuracy, and excess & obsolescence control
- Oversee warehouse operations through 3PL partners, ensuring strong physical stock control and process discipline
- Manage regional distribution across UAE and wider MEA markets
- Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor performance
- Drive KPI tracking, process improvement, and operational efficiency across the supply chain function
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain and warehouse team
Candidate Profile
- Senior supply chain professional with extensive experience in IT / Technology Distribution (hardware)
- Strong, hands-on background in inventory ownership and warehouse operations
- Proven experience managing 3PL warehouses and regional distribution
- Solid UAE and MEA exposure within a fast-paced distribution environment
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operate hands-on when required
