Job Description

We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations for complex, engineering-driven field environments. The role focuses on optimizing procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier management while ensuring critical equipment and materials are available to support operational continuity. You will drive digital transformation across the supply chain by leveraging advanced analytics, ERP systems, and predictive planning tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies covering procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier partnerships.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate supplier contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships across multiple international markets.
  • Oversee logistics and supply operations to ensure timely mobilization of critical equipment, materials, and spare parts for field operations.
  • Implement digital supply chain solutions including AI-driven forecasting, predictive inventory management, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Manage warehouse and inventory operations to optimize stock levels, improve asset availability, and reduce holding costs.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to logistics disruptions, supplier dependencies, and geopolitical factors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and project teams to support efficient project delivery.
  • Lead and develop supply chain teams while promoting a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in field operations environments such as energy, industrial services, or large-scale engineering sectors.
  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations across GCC or multi-country regional markets.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and digital supply chain platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain analytics, inventory optimization, and procurement strategy.
  • Fluent English proficiency and willingness to be based in Cairo with travel across regional markets.
