We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the company's end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for supply planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, supplier performance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to improve efficiency, control costs, and ensure reliable supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

• Develop effective demand and supply planning processes to ensure timely availability of products, materials, and resources.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment requirements, and inventory accuracy to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Sales, Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, distributors, and other key business partners.

• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery schedules, lead times, and service levels.

• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.

• Analyze supply chain costs and implement cost reduction, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.

• Oversee transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods.

• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory control, stock accuracy, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.

• Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, order fulfillment, supplier performance, delivery accuracy, lead time, and logistics costs.

• Analyze supply chain data, market trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Ensure supply chain activities comply with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.

• Develop and maintain supply chain policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.

• Prepare regular supply chain performance reports, forecasts, budgets, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational and business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, or a similar managerial role.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.

• Demonstrated experience in supply planning, inventory optimization, supplier management, and logistics coordination.

• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of supply chain costs and business performance.

• Proven experience in developing and monitoring supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP, WMS, MRP, or supply chain management systems is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to make effective decisions and solve operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret complex operational data.

• High level of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and business ethics.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CIPS, CLTD, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
