Supply Chain officer - Hiring UAE National

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders, suppliers and material deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
• Track orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of POs, inventory, shipments and deliveries.
• Follow up with vendors regarding order status, lead times and documentation.
• Support demand planning and inventory forecasting activities.
• Coordinate import/export and shipping documentation where applicable.
• Identify delays, shortages or supply issues and escalate accordingly.
• Assist in supplier performance monitoring and cost optimization.
• Prepare regular supply chain and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement and supply chain procedures.
