Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Officer is primarily responsible to support business operations by ordering products or materials and manage timely delivery of the goods. You will also perform market research to get the best deals for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end procurement processes (request, PO creation, supplier coordination, and
  • delivery) for head office and multiple branches.
  • Prepare and monitor Excel-based budgets for material and operational expenditures.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure cost
  • efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate ordering and distribution of operational materials, uniforms, and printed assets
  • for branches and new joiners.
  • Oversee local and international logistics, including purchasing from US-based vendors and
  • coordinating consolidated shipments to Kuwait.
  • Act as the main point of contact for branch-level requests to ensure uninterrupted daily
  • operations.
  • Support the Marketing team with sourcing and logistics coordination for events and
  • campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports covering petrol consumption, material usage,
  • and petty cash/budget tracking.
  • Manage petty cash, debit cards, reimbursements, and client refunds with accurate
  • documentation and timely settlements.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or a relevant field.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional CSCP would be preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain or Procurement experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international trade regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, logistics software, and advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English
