Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Supply Chain Officer to join our on-site team in Jeddah. The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. The role involves coordinating with vendors, analyzing supply chain operations, overseeing logistics, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the officer will engage with internal teams to align supply chain activities with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • +2 Years experience working in the hospitality or F&B industry is a must.
  • Strong Analytical and Supply Chain Management skills to monitor and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Excellent Communication to collaborate effectively with vendors, and team members.
  • Skills in Procurement to source and procure materials efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Experience with demand planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and data analysis tools is a preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment and adapt to changing requirements.
