Job Summary
Arabian Qudra is looking for a Supply Chain Planning & Delivery Manager to manage day‑to‑day planning, delivery, and inventory control activities supporting both projects and services operations. The role is operational and hands‑on, focused on coordination between teams, resolving daily issues, ensuring on‑time delivery, and providing regular performance reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily supply chain planning and delivery operations for projects and services.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to sites and service locations.
- Coordinate between Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and Projects, Services, Engineering teams.
- Resolve daily operational issues related to planning, deliveries, suppliers, and inventory.
- Control and monitor inventory levels, including stock availability, consumption, and replenishment.
- Track and follow up on critical and long‑lead items.
- Ensure accurate planning and inventory data in ERP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on delivery, inventory, and supply chain performance.
- Identify risks or delays and escalate with clear action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands‑on experience in supply chain planning, delivery, or operations.
- Experience in EPC, construction, or service-based operations is preferred.
- Strong coordination, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills.
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
