Supply Chain Project Manager
Responsible for leading and managing strategic supply chain initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, contracts, end-users and vendor coordination. This role ensures timely execution of projects, drives process improvements, and supports cross-functional collaboration to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Clinical Teams) and external vendors.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements across supply chain functions.
- Implement automation and digital tools to streamline operations.
- Contracts Management:
- Support the development, review, and monitoring of contracts.
- Ensure contract terms are aligned with procurement strategies and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with legal team to resolve contract-related issues and ensure timely renewals or amendments.
- Risk & Compliance Management:
- Monitor supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Tender & Procurement Support:
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for tender evaluations.
- Support escalation protocols and ensure timely PR processing to avoid stock shortages.
