We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Strategist to join our team and play a key role in shaping and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain. In this role, you will develop strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, leverage data for decision-making, and support business growth through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyse supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Support digital transformation and supply chain technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT to deliver strategic projects.
- Monitor KPIs, assess supply chain risks, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain strategy, planning, logistics, procurement, or operations.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or MBA are preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Advanced Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
