Supply Chain Specialist-Tamheer

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, contribute to daily operational activities, and build a strong foundation in procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced and innovative organization.

Summary:

As a Supply Chain Specialist – Tamheer, you will support the Administration & Supply Chain team in coordinating procurement activities, maintaining supplier and inventory records, and ensuring the timely flow of materials and services. You will work closely with internal departments and suppliers while gaining practical experience in ERP systems, procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about building a career in Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations and delivery schedules.
• Track purchase orders until delivery is completed.
• Update procurement and supply chain records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding stock availability.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare simple reports on orders, deliveries, and inventory.
• Maintain supplier information and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand their requirements.
• Ensure all supply chain documents are properly filed.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program through the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) is preferred.
