Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with departments to ensure the timely availability of required supplies and materials
Support procurement activities, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and follow-up on deliveries
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, expiry dates, and supplier performance to minimize shortages and wastage
Supervise supply chain staff and ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and organizational procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, or a related field
Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred
