Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

o Primary contact to foreign suppliers; matching all customers requirements, negotiating & succeeding for best price offers.

o Shipments management as full process till clearance and delivery.

o Act an essential role in promotion of our supplier's products and their registration.

o Weekly analytical reports submission for all inquiries, samples, shipments, and orders status.

o Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by collaborating with Sales and Management to prepare accurate demand forecasts, procurement plans, and inventory strategies that support business objectives.

o Monthly plan to follow up the warehouse stock.

o Quarterly plan for expected sales revenue.

o Visit our customers, Pharmaceutical Factories upon request.

o Supervise and support the Supply Chain team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to company procedures, and providing guidance to achieve departmental objectives.

o Coordinate cross-functional activities with Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement and supply chain operations.

o Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while driving continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree Holder.

· Excellent Command of written and spoken English Language.

· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

· Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize given tasks.

· Ability to gather & analyze data and to work with figures.

· Solid judgement along with decision making skills.

· Detail-oriented.

· Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook.
