Role Description The Supply Chain Supervisor – Textile Experience is a full-time, on-site role based in Az Zaqāzīq. This role oversees the end-to-end supply chain for textile products, including planning, procurement, production scheduling, warehousing, and distribution activities. The supervisor monitors inventory levels, coordinates with suppliers and internal production teams, and ensures timely delivery of materials and finished goods to meet customer and operational requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing supply chain performance, resolving bottlenecks, maintaining data accuracy in relevant systems, and implementing process improvements aligned with SEKEM's sustainability standards. The role also involves supervising supply chain staff, fostering collaboration across departments, and supporting customer service teams with accurate order and delivery information.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in operations management and supply chain coordination within textile or manufacturing environments.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, production teams, and customer-facing departments.
• Experience in inventory management, including stock control, demand planning, and warehouse oversight.
• Customer service skills to support internal and external stakeholders with timely, accurate information and issue resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in textile industry supply chains or similar sectors is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems and solid MS Excel skills.
• Ability to lead and develop team members, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
