About the Team/Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Supply Growth Operations Manager to lead driver supply growth across Egypt. You will own end-to-end initiatives that improve driver acquisition, activation, retention, and productivity while ensuring a healthy marketplace balance.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, marketing, and data analytics. You'll identify growth opportunities, launch experiments, manage cross-functional projects, and build scalable solutions that drive sustainable marketplace growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
Supply Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute driver growth strategies to achieve marketplace supply targets.
- Own key supply metrics including driver acquisition, activation, retention, productivity, and online hours.
- Monitor marketplace health and recommend actions to balance supply and demand.
Growth Operations
- Design and optimize the driver acquisition funnel across online and offline channels.
- Improve driver onboarding, document verification, and first-trip conversion.
- Launch lifecycle programs to increase driver engagement and long-term retention.
- Build scalable incentive programs and continuously optimize ROI.
Data Analysis
- Analyze marketplace performance and identify growth opportunities using data.
- Build business cases and prioritize initiatives based on expected impact.
- Track KPIs through dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing and measure experiment performance.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Marketplace, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver growth initiatives
- Work closely with local field teams and external partners to execute programs effectively
- Translate local market insights into product and operational improvements
Partnerships
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with fleets, referral partners, financial institutions, OEMs, and other ecosystem players.
- Negotiate partnership structures that accelerate driver acquisition and engagement.
Operational Excellence
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Improve operational processes and automate repetitive workflows where possible.
- Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining an excellent driver experience.
What the Candidate Will Need
- Bachelor's degree and above, or related quantitative disciplines; fluency in both English and Arabic.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in management consulting, Big 4 advisory, or similar analytical roles; automotive or mobility industry exposure is a plus
- Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, logistics, marketplace, or gig economy business
- Experience managing growth funnels, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or incentive programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using statistical tools and software.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
