We are seeking a hands-on
Supply Lead to join our team and lead the on-ground supply acquisition team responsible for recruiting and onboarding couriers to support daily operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute courier acquisition strategies to meet daily and peak demand targets
- Monitor courier supply metrics (active couriers, churn, utilization, onboarding funnel)
- Coach, motivate, and performance-manage the supply team in the field
- Lead and manage the on-ground supply acquisition team responsible for courier recruitment
- Oversee end-to-end courier onboarding, including document verification and activation
- Ensure adequate courier availability across assigned zones and shifts
- Coordinate closely with operations, fleet, and training teams
- Identify supply gaps, attrition risks, and implement retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Prepare regular reports on supply performance and acquisition results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- +5 years of experience in Supply acquisition, field operations, or supply management
- Proven experience leading on-ground or field teams
- Strong understanding of last-mile logistics or delivery operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs
