Supply Network Planner

Contract: 12 months (renewable)

About the Role:

Our client, a global leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Supply Network Planner to join their Regional Demand & Supply team in Dubai. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for in-market supply chain teams and upstream supply network stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of the Order-to-Invoice (OTI) process and the uninterrupted supply of products across assigned markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong supply chain planning, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to support a dynamic and international business environment.

About the Requirements:

• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice (OTI) process for assigned markets, ensuring timely order fulfillment and invoice creation.
• Lead supply network planning activities, including inventory monitoring, demand coverage, allocation management, and stock-out risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and logistics partners to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Manage replenishment requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain service levels and supply continuity.
• Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters across assigned markets and customer locations.
• Drive performance against key metrics including OTIF, inventory health, stock-outs, customer satisfaction, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to optimize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, or supply network operations.
• Experience working within a multinational, matrix, or regional environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, OMP, or similar planning systems is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, medical devices, or other regulated industry experience is highly preferred.
