Overview
DRP Lead for Egypt Bev., who will be leading the replenishment of 29 DCs for over than 90 SKU from different 7 manufacturing sites
Lead the communication between the RSM/USM, freight, warehouse & production teams
Leading a team of one team member & based in Egypt
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) volume targets and execution of the innovation calendar across the supply chain.
- Develop RPs to fulfill allocated forecast for beverage portfolio and fulfill direct sales orders.
- Fulfill sales orders driving service level performance through continuous monitoring of CFR (Case Fill Rate) and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) metrics.
- Achieve stock build up during stocking season through setting the 3PL WHs requited capacity, pallets acquisition and preventing stocks overflow.
- Allocate stocking budgets, including third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses and plastic pallet acquisition.
- Optimize distribution centers Capacity utilization, maintain safety stocks in shipping points, and stocks levels based on allocated forecast, running rates, and Sales demand.
- Monitor and manage inventory health, minimizing stock shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving stock.
- Lead deployment decisions during supply shortages and peak demand periods, ensuring optimal stock allocation across sales channels and customers.
- Support monthly S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes by providing inventory, deployment, and service level insights.
- Prepare and communicate deployment performance reports, highlighting inventory risks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive productivity through optimizing operational cost through minimizing number of touches per pallet, availing FG minimizing stockouts, and optimizing sourcing.
Qualifications
Planning Experience 0-2 years
Bachelor degree of Engineering
Perfect Communication skills & people handling
had a very good experience in handling different stakeholders
Very good in Microsoft tools, SAP, JDA, ISCP.
