As a
Supply Partnerships Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing strategic supply partnerships that enhance Paymob's value proposition. You will drive collaboration with key BNPL and financial partners such as
Valu, Souhoola, Forsa, Halan, and others, ensuring alignment with Paymob's business goals and customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify, approach, and onboard strategic supply and financing partners to expand Paymob's ecosystem.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners including Valu, Souhoola, Forsa, Halan, and similar providers.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with revenue growth and customer acquisition objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and operational alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize partner performance.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular performance reports and improvement plans.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and stay updated on fintech and BNPL trends.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
REQUIREMENTS- 35+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or fintech ecosystem roles.
- Strong experience managing external partners, preferably within fintech, BNPL, banking, or financial services.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close partnership agreements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
