Role Description This part-time remote Supply Planner role at COLOR QUIMICA BRASIL focuses on coordinating supply and inventory to ensure timely product availability. The Supply Planner will analyze demand forecasts, align them with production capacity, and create supply plans that support business and customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, managing purchase and production orders, updating planning tools and reports, and addressing supply risks or constraints. The role also involves collaborating with demand planning, production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize service levels and minimize stock-outs or excess inventory. The Supply Planner will regularly communicate planning decisions, provide data-driven insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain process.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Demand Planning and Supply Planning to align inventory and production with market needs.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate forecasts, and make informed planning decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning to coordinate manufacturing schedules with material and capacity constraints.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Relevant experience in supply chain, materials management, or operations planning, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries.
Proficiency with planning and ERP tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
