Raw Materials Management
- Develop and manage raw material procurement strategies to ensure consistent supply and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance cost efficiency and production needs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor raw material usage, ensuring alignment with production schedules and preventing wastage.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, working with logistics and procurement teams.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure raw materials meet production requirements.
Production Management
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities to meet customer orders and deadlines.
