Overview

The Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring an optimal balance of inventory and sourcing to meet customer demands. Forecast validation, monitoring of inventory levels and coordination with partners for timely delivery Validate forecasts against capacity and available inventory and monitor daily sales vs. forecast.

What Will Your Day Look Like

• Validate forecasts against capacity and available inventory and monitor daily sales vs. forecast.
• Manage Finished Goods inventory across local and international sourcing.
• Execute supply planning and MRP in SAP, considering lead times, MOQs, shelf life, and logistics constraints.
• Develop sourcing, replenishment, and purchasing plans and ensure timely PR releases.
• Monitor stock levels, aging, expiry, SLOB inventory, and inventory parameters.
• Track supply and inventory performance against budget and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and uninterrupted supply.
• Prepare inventory reports and support budget reviews and special supply chain projects.

• Ensure product availability and targeted service levels while optimizing inventory and working capital.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply, inventory, and expiry risks.
• Improve supply reliability through effective supplier and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide accurate planning insights to support business and budget decisions.
• Drive efficient and compliant supply planning processes across the business.

What Would Make You Successful

Minimum Qualifications

• University graduate with relevant degree (e.g., Supply chain, Business, Economics, Mathematics)

Minimum Experience

• 2-3 years experience in planning
• FMCG experience preferred

Functional Knowledge

• Strong analytical skills
• ERP knowledge along with good MS office skills
• Knowledge of statistical modelling and related tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
