The Talent
We are looking for a Support Consultant II to join our growing Managed Services Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with NetSuite, a leading cloud ERP system, while building the foundations of a consulting career. You'll be supported by experienced mentors, participate in ongoing professional development, and be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, learning, and client success. With exposure to real-world client issues and close guidance from senior team members, you'll develop foundational consulting skills while making an impact from day one.
The Commitment
- Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries, requests, and tickets.
- Triage and prioritize incoming issues, assigning or escalating them appropriately based on type, severity, and SLA guidelines.
- Assist with basic NetSuite troubleshooting, configuration lookups, permission errors, navigation issues, data corrections, and data validation.
- Collaborate with fellow support team members to document solutions, client interactions, and best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including updating internal documentation, enhancing client-facing resources, and participating in learning sessions.
- Monitor support queues and ensure timely follow-up on all issues, driving resolution in line with client expectations.
- Support testing activities for configuration changes, enhancements, and system updates.
- Take part in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and product training to continually strengthen your NetSuite and consulting expertise.
The Talent
- A degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting or a related field is preferred
- 2-3 years of professional experience; roles in technology, business, or customer service are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, IT support, or account management is highly valued.
- Strong interest in business systems, cloud technology, and consulting.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn from peers and mentors.
- 1-2 years of experience working with NetSuite or any ERP system.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools or business applications is nice to have.
- Experience working with ticketing tools or customer support software is nice to have.
