Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer to join our Support Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting software and hardware systems while ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, databases, servers, and cloud environments, along with excellent communication skills.
This position is ideal for a technically strong professional who can manage both field and system-level responsibilities, work under pressure, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
* Provide First and Second Level IT support to internal teams and customers
* Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, server, and network issues
* Support and maintain IT hardware devices
* Perform routine system monitoring and preventive maintenance
Implementation & Configuration
* Install and configure software applications and IT systems
* Implement hardware and software deployments
* Support kiosk-based solutions (preferred experience)
* Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
Infrastructure & Systems
* Manage and support Microsoft technologies including IIS, .NET Framework, Windows Servers, Azure, and Exchange
* Administer and support MS SQL databases and database structures
* Maintain server environments and cloud-based systems
* Provide network-level troubleshooting and support
Project & Operational Excellence
* Deliver projects within defined timelines and scope
* Ensure system stability and high availability
* Maintain accurate documentation of systems and support activities
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution

Required Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
* 3–5 years of experience in IT support or system implementation roles
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of MS SQL databases
* Good understanding of Microsoft technologies (IIS, .NET, Servers, Azure, Exchange)
* Server administration knowledge
* Network troubleshooting skills
* Cloud systems knowledge
* Ability to work under pressure
Preferred
* Professional certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Cloud, Networking)
* Experience with kiosk systems
* Basic development knowledge
