Job Description
Help our clients to have a successful and profitable concrete plant operation using industry best practices, process improvements and ensuring Arkik's Ready Mix Suite adoption.
Main Responsibilities
- Visit and evaluate concrete plants operations to suggest process improvements.
- Ensure Arkik's ready mix suite adoption by contacting clients, surveys, trainings and webinars.
- Provide support to the implementation team and to Level 2.
- Suggest and evaluate Arkik's Ready Mix Suites enhancements based on industry practices, market, competitors and client's suggestions.
- Test and help on deploy enhancements.
- Carry out constant monitoring of client's operations.
- Participate in the integration and support of the different platforms that Arkik is connected to.
- Provide support to the commercial team when demos and explanations to clients are needed.
Position Challenges
- Increase the Arkik Ready Mix Suites adoption.
- Constant communication with clients.
- Increase product penetration in the ready mix market
Qualifications
General:
- Engineering (ideal Mechatronic Engineer, electronics, mechanics, electrician, or mechanical administrator)
- Ability to work in both operational and administrative areas.
- Willing to travel, weekends included.
- Leadership.
- Ability to relate to different people.
- Ability to provide remote support (phone and WEB)
Required Experience:
- 2 to 3 years in concrete operational / maintenance areas.
- Desirable 1 to 2 years in areas of process mapping and process improvements.
- Involvement in process consulting projects.
Required knowledge:
- Concrete plants operation.
- Process mapping and process improvements, desirable BPM (Business Process Management) methodology.
- Intermediate English level
