Job Overview

seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Odoo Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide functional and technical support for Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring smooth system performance and effective client assistance. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to customize and maintain Odoo modules according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Odoo ERP solutions.

Assist in implementing and maintaining Odoo modules tailored to business requirements.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and analyze business processes.

Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Odoo applications.

Identify system issues and provide timely resolutions.

Support users through training, documentation, and technical assistance.

Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in an Odoo ERP support role.

Strong understanding of Odoo ERP system architecture.

Basic knowledge of Python (preferred for Computer Science graduates).

Good understanding of business processes (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Odoo configuration and module support.

Familiarity with ERP implementation processes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
